More than likely it is bonded to the outter roof, and should have a inner trim ring that is held in place with 8 or 10 screws.

What are you trying to do with the sunroof?

I was afraid of that. Any suggestions on breaking that seal without bending the roof panel.
It leaks and I can not stand the heat and the sun in the summer when I'm driving so I am going to remove and put a roof section in.
Thanks

Take it to a glass shop and see if the can cut it out with one of the knife's they use to cut the seal on glass. Are you replacing the whole roof panel or just where the sunroof is? Because you will have to find the brace that runs across the roof (from driver to pass side)where the sunroof is.

There is a u pull it close by and I can get the roof section there for 25 bucks
I'll have to make sure I get the cross brace also
