I'm afraid I'm only a little help but hopefully its of some help.Ive got a new set of lower control arm bolts i haven't installed yet, there's two different lengths required for the lowers.here's the spec's on them.
the longer ones are 12mm in diameter,120mm in length. you need two.
the shorter ones are also 12mm in diameter,100mm in length.you also need two of those.they're originally metric and carried a 10.9 hardness rating. i'm sure there are guys running standard hardware out there and if i had to go that route i'd try 7/16 in diameter and 4 inches long for the shorter ones and the longer ones @4-5/8 long and again 7/16 in diameter.also carry a grade 8 rating on those standard bolts should you go that route.
the tie rods and other consumable front end parts should come with new hardware with the nuts, cotter pins etc.
