Default 81 GP on Rockauto Newsletter

As probably a few of you, I order my car parts from Rock Auto, providing it is not something I need right away.

They send out a newsletter monthly; which I usually scan through quickly. But for this month, I was truly

They tell the story of a beautiful 81 Grand Prix LJ. It's absolutely stunning!!! Love the snowflake wheels and it even has front cornering lamps, a rare option on G-bodies (seen them mainly on B-bodies).

Have a look at the link above, but only until the next month's newsletter

Hey that's my car. Was messing around on the interweb and came across this site, and in particular this thread.

I have owned this 1981 Grand Prix LJ since new. Currently has about 49,000 miles. All paint and interior are original. Options are t-tops, console w/buckets, all power including antenna, rare 265 V8, and yes cornering lamps.

Some pics. That second to last picture is when the car was only 2 weeks old taken back in 1981.

Been a member of gbodyforum and might spend some time here.
