Default no dash lights

lost my dash lights in 83olds cutlass. checked all fuses and also changed headlight switch still no dash lights, everything else works, any ideas???

???Maybe where the cluster plug plugs into the printed circuit on the back of the cluster needs to be cleaned???

Are your interior lights on? Turning the switch knob can adjust the brightness of the bulbs. Turning the knob all the way to the right turns them off (I think).

its a rocker swith on the dash 83 up i think any ways i replaced switch no dash lights still????

Have you tried to wiggle the plastic trim around the dash? Sometimes if the plastic is loose,the bolts that hold the circuit board in place becomes loose creating a small gap which breaks all contact to the board. I had this same issue a few months back when I replaced the gauge lights.
Your next step would be to remove the trim and check the bolts in the board.
