Go to the forum you want to post in and at the top left of the screen you will see a button that says New Thread click on that and you will be able to put in a title and then post your question/info etc. At the bottom of that screen is a button that says Submit New Thread.

Your best bet is to ask LSCustoms (Skip, is a member here). He's the one I went to! Or, you could ask Poltergeist too!
